Our 140,000 sq ft site at KG House in Dallington, Northampton, is a first class business centre that provides a mixture of offices, industrial units, workshops, studios and storage space. Recently refurbished, our spaces are set alongside professional facilities like meeting rooms, mailboxes, a beautiful, modernised breakout space and our on-site café, to ensure customers have everything they need at their disposal.

The main building offers a mixture of serviced and non-serviced offices. Inside, the spaces are bright and airy with plenty of natural light. Sizes range from 80 to 4250 sq ft, so we have units to cater for both small and large companies, with on-site facilities to keep business running smoothly.
